PetalWind cares about your privacy the way a garden cares for its roots.
When you visit, our systems may automatically note your device type, browser version, how you navigate through the experience, session duration, and general interaction patterns. We don't ask for your name, email, or anything personally identifiable unless you reach out to us directly.
All collected data serves one purpose: making the experience better. We use it to fix bugs, improve performance, understand which parts people enjoy most, and plan future updates. We do not sell this information to anyone, period.
We use minimal technical cookies to keep your session working properly. Some gameplay features may use your browser's local storage to remember preferences or high scores. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings without losing access to anything important.
We work with a small number of infrastructure partners who help keep the platform running. They operate under strict agreements that prevent them from using your data for their own purposes. Beyond that, your information stays with us.
Usage logs are kept for no more than six months and are deleted automatically after that period. If you want your data removed sooner, just ask and we'll handle it promptly.
You have every right to ask what data we have about you, request corrections, or ask for complete deletion. Contact us and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
